Rare opportunity for John Carpenter fans. I originally obtained this from Greg Nicotero (Executive Producer and Director on The Walking Dead). He worked for John Carpenter on several films including In The Mouth of Madness.

This is one of the printed book covers made for production for a Sutter Cane book in the John Carpenter film In The Mouth Of Madness. In the movie, if you read Sutter Cane books, then you go crazy and kill People. John Carpenter also directed the 1978 horror classic Halloween. As you can see in the photos, the item measures 12" x a little over 7".

It is the only one I have. Starred Sam Neill (Jurassic Park), Charlton Heston, Jurgen Prochnow, and David Warner.
