Despite extensive research, no information was uncovered regarding this script, either online or in his biography or autobiography. But even late in life, Donen had projects in development, telling The Hollywood Reporter in 2012 (at 88) that he was interested in making a film about making movies.

Perhaps this was a valentine to his beloved movie industry, where he enjoyed such great success and garnered praises from world-class directors like Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg. First Draft dated July 10, 1991.
