Los Angeles: MGM Pictures, 1989. Original 118 page script, third revised draft dated September 5, 1989 his script was owned by actor Jerry Orbach who appeared in this John Candy starring film comedy. Attached the title page is typed note on the stationery of his agent offering Orbach the role of Lou Sherwood, whom Orbach eventually played in the film alongside Candy, Mariel Hemingway, Emma Samms and Raymond Burr (in his final performance) directed by Tom Mankiewicz.

A worn and used script laid into a used black hardcover binder. A document providing provenance is included. However, he was originally a major Broadway star in shows like The Fantasticks, Promises, Promises, Chicago, 42nd Street, etc. Orbach became successful in films as well appearing in Prince of the City, Dirty Dancing, Woody Allens Crimes and Misdemeanors, Mr. Saturday Night, and voiced the role of the Candlestick in Walt Disneys acclaimed animated feature, Beauty and the Beast.

Greatly admired and beloved by his colleagues, Jerry Orbach has had a street in the Broadway area, and a New York City theater named in his honor.
