It is the original (NOT a copy) stamped #24 and I have had it in my possession ever since. It is one of two that I know to exist (the other belonging to another crew member whom I doubt will ever part with it).
It is a whopping 208 pages (not counting covers and title/legal pages) and is nearly an inch thick (7/8). It has related notations (in pencil) on a few pages that were made during production. There are whole scenes in this script that didn't make it into ANY release of the film. The script shows what the finished (though never released) theatrical film was originally meant to be in 1980. Most viewers only know the film from the bastardized versions that were recut for HBO in 1982 and then recut AGAIN in 1984 for the Disney Home Video release. This is a true collector's item from the film, a one-of-a-kind original document from the production. I will gladly include a slipsheet signed by myself and AT LEAST one other crew member (animator) if the purchaser wishes. Note that when the studio closed the only items that were saved were some f the miniatures and all of the camera equipmentALL of the paperwork (including scripts) were destroyed, making this a super rare item. This is a sacrifice sale as I would rather NOT sell but mustAND if it doesn't sell I will gladly hold on to it. Thanks to all for looking!
