Original film script for the Academy Award winning film, Amadeus. This is a 2nd draft dated 9 July 1982. Title page says based on the play Amadeus by Peter Shaffer. The script has the ICM International Creative Management, Inc.

Cover and is a total of 148 pages. The film was released in September of 1984 and went on to win several Academy Awards in 1985 including Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Director.

Peter Shaffer won for Best Adapted Screenplay. This script is not a reproduction. It, along with the other scripts we have for sale, was acquired from the estate of a former employee of Paramount Studios. Murray Abraham & Tom Hulce.
