The material here appear to have come from a single 3-ring binder (binder long gone) created and production-used by the Property Master, Veteram Doug Fox, listed as Property Master on IMDB for the film.

This binder also has many Efx connections. There are 4 major sections with tab dividers. The Script, Shooting Schedule, Breakdown (for props and elements) and Notes. There is also a 2-page production xerox of the Martian Neck Needle!
