X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes. Script Dated: September 1, 1965. This is an Original Movie Script used during the making of the 1963 Horror film titled, "X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes". This script has the original production cover, which has some scattered pieces of tape on the front.

The front production cover has the Working Title of the film which was just, "X". The back cover has some newspaper clippings taped to it.

There is no Title Page inside and there is no writer mentioned, which is how this rare draft was originally issued out to the Cast and Crew Members by the production company. This script has white pages and blue colored revision pages throughout it inside. It is complete and it is 103 pages long. Some of the pages at the back of the script have a light water stain mark along the bottom edges. Please view all of the pictures above carefully. It's in good overall condition.

James Xavier is a world renowned scientist experimenting with human eyesight. He devises a drug, that when applied to the eyes, enables the user to see beyond the normal realm of our sight ultraviolet rays etc. It also gives the user the power to see through objects. Xavier tests this drug on himself, when his funding is cut off.

As he continues to test the drug on himself, Xavier begins to see, not only through walls and clothes, but through the very fabric of reality! There is usually only one script given to each crew member during production, however, sometimes they do get more than one. This makes original movie scripts very desirable because of how scarce they are.

Any changes made to the screenplay during production are known as revisions and these revision pages are inserted into that one script that was issued out to them. For example, if we are talking about a low-budget film with a small cast and only a few crew members, there are actually only a small number of scripts in existence around the world for that film. This aspect of collecting makes it fun but also difficult because there may be a certain writer or director that you love to collect and there may only be a handful of movie scripts that still exist from that specific film that you are looking for.
