Charles Ellsworth Grapewin [1869 1956] was a American vaudeville and circus performer, a writer, and stage and film actor who is forever remembered for portraying the Uncle Henry in the 1939 film Wizard of Oz. Grapewin worked in over 100 motion pictures during the silent and sound eras and is also remembered for his roles in The Grapes of Wrath, Tobacco Road and They Died With Their Booths On. The book was written by Grapewin and was released in 1930 and this edition is dedicated and signed on the opening blank page as follows,''Sincerely Charley Grapewin'' in blue fountain pen.

The book is a hardcover, 130 pages, measures 5.50 x 8.00 inches. The book is in very good condition with general wear and toning throughout.
