This is an original movie script used during the making of 1963 TV Movie titled, "Calamity Jane". THIS IS NOT THE 1953 FILM, IT IS THE 1963 FILM STARRING CAROL BURNETT. This script has a custom bound outer cover with the Title of the film on it. This script was used by actor Don Chastain who played the role of Lt. Danny Gilmartin in this TV Movie.

It is the complete script and it is 141 pages long. It contains the original production cover inside.

A Wild West cow town is starving for entertainment, and it falls upon Calamity Jane, a rowdy, gun-toting, jeans-wearing tomboy, to go to Chicago to bring back a famed stage actress. She brings instead the star's maid, who settles in the town, but Jane's love interest falls for her. Any changes made to the screenplay during production are known as revisions and these revision pages are inserted into that one script that was issued out to them. For example, if we are talking about a low-budget film with a small cast and only a few crew members, there are actually only a small number of scripts in existence around the world for that film. This aspect of collecting makes it fun but also difficult because there may be a certain writer or director that you love to collect and there may only be a handful of movie scripts that still exist from that specific film that you are looking for.
