Luis Enrique Erro (1897 - 1955) was a famous Mexican astronomer, mathematician, author, journalist, and government advisor who, among many other technical and educational accomplishments, helped design and administer the National Observatory in Tonantzintla, Mexico. Planetario Luis Enrique Erro in Mexico City is named after him, as is the lunar crater Erro.
