Rare Original OLIVER! Film Script & Oscar Certificate -John Cox Copy

  
Offered For Sale Is An Original Film Script For The Film OLIVER! This Was Used By Shepperton Sound Studios Who Won The Oscar For Best Sound In The Academy Awards 1968/69. As You Can See From The Pictures It Is In Really Good Condition For Its Age And Was John Cox's Copy Winner Of Best Sound Along With Others Including Clive Collins (My StepFather) Who I Inherited This From After His Passing. As For The Oscar Certificate I Can't tell you that much about it really.

As you can see I Think it was given to those who helped on the production but were not part of the main Team. It's doesn't feel like just standard A4 Paper And Isn't embossed so I'm thinking it was sent out by the academy awards for studios to complete and give to employees after the awards etc. I Have never seen another certificate to give any more information. But It's a nice thing to have if you collect Oliver!

I Do Know it was My Step Fathers And We Had It Framed On The Wall For Many Years So Does Have A Little Bit Of Discolourisation Due To That And We Often Spoke About The Films He Worked On Whilst At Shepperton Including Half A Sixpence, A Man For All Seasons And Dr Who Invasion Earth And Also A Few Gerry Anderson Projects.
